I see no choice or option – that upon warning and a driver is blocked from leaving by violent criminals and protestors. After warning to move or when vehicle is under imminent attack by rioters. I will pardon those arrested and convicted by King Ralph criminal justice system. All drivers in situations like this are encouraged to drive thru to their safety. Its either you or them because of VaDems. Beeping of the horn would be necessary, but attempts to attack the driver and vehicle, will trigger citizens to take action. It will be encourage to continue to drive until you can get to a safe location from criminals! Rutledge will give immunity to law abiding citizens to defend themselves from attack and death by rioters and criminals. I’m giving power back to law abiding citizens to not be anybody victim. You block traffic – You contribute to your own harm and death. There will be no civil or criminal liability as a consequence in Virginia under Merle Travis Rutledge. Contributory negligence would be amended to criminal statutes to undue injustices to law abiding citizens that a criminal caused!
