Merle Rutledge for Virginia Governor responds to the George Floyd trial verdict!

Virginia Governor Northam and the rest of the ambulance chasing Democrats are full of it and the rest of the opportunist. I can’t respect a verdict in which Democratic leaders intimidated the jury into a forced verdict. I stand for justice and not the actions of Maxine Waters.  Her statements and conduct was just as tantamount to police beating someone into a false confession.

Wrong is wrong and as much as anyone may think the verdict was right. I lost faith in the outcome under the totality of the circumstances. No matter who you are, a fair trial must happen for every American citizen. This means from beginning to end of the trial. If the verdict is overturned than President Biden, Governor Northam, Democrats, and all those celebrating an injustice is representative of a far worse verdict.
Please tell me how fair it is to put families and America through this trial all over again! I hope the Judge has the courage through post trial motions and set aside the verdict, because the ends of justice criteria has been met.  America must make sure our justice system and public officials know, the checks and balances weigh in favor of justice with a verdict that America can believe in.  I call on the U.S Attorney General and the Minnesota Attorney General to open up a criminal investigation into jury tampering and other charges by Maxine Waters. 

Maxine Waters crossed state lines to incite a riot and to threaten a jury while a case was pending.  There is more than enough probable cause to believe she commited a crime, just like Chauwin was convicted of murder.   It appears that most of the people thanking themselves for this wrongful conviction was trying to get clout chasing done and definitely knew the reality that this verdict could be overturned. 
In conclusion, the judge should have done the right thing and not bowed down to the public outcry.  The judge should have declared a mistrial and on his own motion hold Waters in contempt and charged her in accordance of the law.   

There is nothing different about Maxine Waters actions, than any other racist that has initimidated and threaten citizens into convictions or plea deals.   This is exactly the same thing.  I know my response may not be popular to those that don’t care about how the verdict was influenced. 
However, I’m a Conservative man of principle and in the great words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, “An injustice anywhere is an injustice everywhere!”  Justice can only be met with the full weight of law and order being applied through due process.  The process shouldn’t be influenced by bad state or federal actors.  Maxine Waters was acting in her capacity as a government agent at the federal level and injecting her weight at the state level.  No lawmaker or private citizen should be above the law.   


If Keith Ellison cares about justice for all.  Start with resolving the injustices that occurred by all to include public officials.   There are too many wrongfully incarcerated based off Maxine Waters style of policing and conduct. People have signed away their life for far less and still sit in a prison hoping for someone to believe they didn’t sign a confession or plea deal voluntarily. We can’t condone Maxine Waters action, because it insults every American that was wrongfully imprisoned by the same conduct that she advocated on the streets of Maryland.
Derek Chauvin must be granted a new trial and we must all accept the new verdict. However, this is the wrong way to go about it! We all know that as Americans. Two wrongs will never make a right for healing for anyone in this matter. Justice must always be colorblind!

There will be 4 white, 4 black, 4 hispanic/non latino legal citizens that decides justice with our juries. This is a very bold move. I could care less if any establishment has a problem with it, because I don’t answer to them. I answer to the American people and our juries should be representative of a verdict worthy of the public confidence. I pledge to all Virginians that I will make sure this happen and I hope other states follow suit. However, this is the most meaningful form of criminal justice reform that has everyone represented. There will not be any all any race as a jury. We will have justice that we all can believe in. Our juries will be diverse – just like our great Commonwealth and America!

     Real Racism
A lot of times when a race issue comes up then it is really the media creating the controversy. I know of people from all races that have supported the black community and it’s families in the Trayvon Martin case, Marissa Alexander case, Michael Elder case and Michael Dunn’s killing based off Stand your Ground laws and Police Brutality. The media has not pointed out that much,. That even our own kind, has successfully been acquitted by the same laws over senseless acts of violence that did not have to take a gun to resolve, but cooler heads willing to talk instead of shoot would have been a better compromise.
Firstly, it is rare for the media to point the camera on the other races that show up at these rallies, vigils, and marches of injustice that may be done on behalf of a particular family seeking justice which race may be opposite of those in the crowd. It is being done on purpose and through what I call media segregation. It is being done to make us to believe that we are the only ones that care about our own kind and that is simply not true. It is their meaning select media’s job and directives to make it a black and white issue to manufacture its own story of controversy, when in all actuality it is a multi-cultural issue that people feel justice was not done and has yet to be fulfilled in the cases I have mention previously in this article. We always will continue to have media spin doctors to put stories in their view and does not reflect the real issue at hand.
Furthermore, you will notice on Facebook and on other media and blog websites that there are derogatory, defamatory, and racially insensitive dumb comments to blend in with the articles on what they view as a race related injustice. We should all want the same thing justice. No matter our personal prejudice, bias, or opinion, the goal for everyone should be seeking justice through innocence, not guilty, or with guilt. We all have been or known victims. They may not look like us, but we feel and pray that they can have closure during a time of great crisis. Moreover, there fight is still our fight, but a coward does not even deserve a piece of the sidewalk.
Secondly, during my return to Norfolk, I have enjoyed the meetings with civic leaders and with people of many different backgrounds. The problems of the City continue to exist, but there is more of a will for people to keep moving foward and not backwards. This was demonstrated through a revived energy of leadership before, during and after the election. Michael J. Muhammad has proven that he is the leadership and the voice of the black community. In order for Mayor Fraim to effectively take on the issues that we have in our City is by seeing, knowing, and proving that our leadership exists that is unwavering and that example was what he faced during his re-election campaign. There is no way Mayor Fraim can avoid, ignore, or dismiss the black community, because our voice is loud and clear. The media comes to Mr. Michael J. Muhammad for the response to racial injustice in the City and rarely do I hear a group that he has to represent for, because he represents the whole community. We are always proud to hear his answer represents us and not protective and protracted statements that lets injustices get off the hook. He is the leadership that is no longer in crisis.
Thirdly, All black people do not hate white people because it is false. All white people do not hate black people because that’s false. It is always someone on your side on any point of view that you can imagine. It may not be the people you expect that will be on your side, this is true. Furthermore, I am the prime example of finding out how many people that I never thought, knew, or had the privilege of meeting that I would find out was on my side. They paid more attention to my character and the issues that I address before making an informed decision about me. I encourage them to do the same for others and continue the quest of knowledge of an issue and not ignorant of the lack of in their own disposition of others.
Moreover, I spoke with one of my professors before coming to the area. I take her words very seriously and sometimes I need to have that reality check. She said I was arrogant and had a “I do not give a fuck attitude.” This was not a complete assessment of who I am, but who I was starting to become. I was letting my enemies begin to win when I already had them losing.
Accordingly, I had to go back to what I love instead of embracing the confrontation to take on hate. A good teacher, mentor, or person that has taken on that role of guidance will continue to mold me for a bigger purpose and that is all that I hope that everyone has a opportunity to find. The definition of being what you want to become and not what other’s hope that they can destroy.
Lastly, I am happy to be here and look forward to meeting and saving the best for last because the work will continue forward. Do not let the hate that comes from a few address an entire population. Put your shoes on the other foot, the race is irrelevant. The question that I ask everyone is how would you feel if the same injustice happen to someone that you loved? The answer should be the same that should be given to others and be committed to actions that create justice and not silence. Everyone that you think hates you is making you out to be a lie, because it is no truth in that statement. Whether it be God or someone you may or may not know, it is always someone that loves you!

When people say I do not like the police department? It is a big statement to make about a subset of the population that I consider corrupt! It is many officers, all across America, that will not violate your civil rights to perfect an arrest. It is so many that would be spending a weekend in jail if this officer didn’t give them a second chance to go home and cool off, instead of a arrest and a jail cell. There are many that I pray to there families for healing in a time of grief and tragedy. Officer Decker was a friend that I seen all over Norfolk. This beloved officer help so many avoid arrest by simply deescalating confrontations that he has faced before probable cause existed. He had also went to me while having a good time in Norfolk to help settle disputes that could have easily turned violent. It is so many men and women that have not had to spend a night behind bars because of his preemptive actions. He has always treated me with respect and has always been professional and courteous. He is the officer that I hope will have justice and bring closure to his family for his death. He was natural police. He wore the badge with honor and acted colorblind towards his enforcement of the law. I would see him in downtown norfolk, va talking to citizens and friends about ordinary life. He was clearly the life of the party. I am bothered, each and everyday, that the family has yet to have someone convicted of this senseless killing. However, I want everyone to know I lost a friend in the Norfolk, Va Police Department a few years ago. I will never forget this trusted police servant. I believe he and just like Omar Johnson deserve justice. I hope they are hanging out in heaven and having a ball. A tragedy is a tragedy, so to local government officials in the City of Norfolk, Va, show some damn respect. One way or the other, there will be justice!

There are a lot of broken homes all across America. Families lives have been changed in a matter of seconds from the violence, prejudice, and callous disregard for the welfare of others. If I learned the most valuable lesson from The recent events such as the set up by Norfolk Police Department of the killing of Joshua Omar Johnson, and others that shared similar fates under a different set of facts, is the value of life and family. Many of us can go home and talk, hug, and kiss our loved ones, while others go to a home where there is one less family member sleeping safe in their room. We all spend so much time with bitterness and disgust for our fellow neighbor, but when they are gone, we wish for the opportunity to say at least good – bye. As a father, I look at the world and what I do a lot differently. It is no longer about what I want to do, but what is in my children best interest. Moreover, I have to consider that anything I act, speak, or take action on, in regards to the many issues that surround protecting our civil rights. 

Secondly, I am troubled by our neighbors, family, and friends that are so easily willing to take a life, but are uneasy about taking the consequences of those actions. I have seen the toughest hard core self claimed criminals read letters of apology and cry to a judge for forgiveness that will never come. Two families, like so many families, all across this country has had to suffer and deal with these tragic events. We all, including myself, has to do better to end the petty grudges. If we are to do justice on behalf of anyone is to stand together for its resolve. Joshua, like so many others, should be consider all of our son, all across America. The many critics, in regards to statements that they have been made trying to label with prejudice the negative characteristics that they view of Mr. Johnson, are only a matter of time when they will seek others for good words of kindness, and people of faith that is unconditional. Some want favor under conditions. I will pray for them, just like I pray for each and everyone of you that such a tragic events does not have to be repeated. 

In conclusion, If you have a beef, grudge, or any negative with anyone in your life, its time to come to terms, because tomorrow is not guaranteed for you or for me. U.S President Obama said it best, “If I had a son, he would look just like Trayvon!” Mr. Johnson was made in Gods image, just like all of us. Mr. Johnson, Mr. Trayvon Martin, Mr. Troy Davis, and countless others that has felt the weight and flaws of our justice system are our family, as I would hope to be treated by everyone as a member of their’s. In order for us to stop violence, we must be on the street, we must be talking to everyone on any street corner or whom we may walk bye, even if its to say good morning, and not just sitting in a room full of bureaucrats that are trying to save face and add another event to their resume. If we treat people like animals than thats how they are going to behave. We need to follow up. Furthermore, It is each and everyone of you responsibility to talk with your family. The rest is up to you.

Thank you for contacting Governor Rick Scott’s office and sharing your concerns about the death of Trayvon Martin.  The Governor asked that I respond on his behalf.

 

Governor Scott supports a full and fair investigation into all of the circumstances surrounding Trayvon’s death.  For this reason, Governor Scott has asked the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to provide any assistance necessary to fully investigate the matter.

 

Additionally, Norman R. Wolfinger, State Attorney for Brevard and Seminole Counties, in the interest of the public safety of the citizens of Seminole County, and to avoid the appearance of a conflict of interest, requested the Governor make an executive assignment of another state attorney for the investigation, and any prosecution arising from the circumstances surrounding the death of Trayvon Martin.  As a result of this request, the Honorable Angela Corey, State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida, agreed to accept an executive assignment in this matter.

 

Further, Governor Scott, after listening to many concerned citizens in recent days, has asked Lieutenant Governor Jennifer Carroll to lead a Task force on Citizen Safety and Protection.  The Task Force’s purpose is to investigate how to make sure a tragedy such as this does not occur in the future, while at the same time protecting the fundamental rights of all of our citizens – especially the right to feel protected and safe in our state.

 

Thank you again for taking the time to contact the Governor’s Office about this important issue.  Governor Scott hopes that this matter is resolved in a just manner and appreciates your concern over this incident.

Trayvon Martin, who was unarmed and on his way back from the store after buying some snacks.  I ask that your office have a special grand jury convened to determine if enough evidence exists to charge George Zimmerman with a crime.  This wasnt about Trayvon confronting Zimmerman, but Zimmerman putting his own life supposedly in danger.  He could have simply drove off or continue to follow.  He decided to ignore the police instructions.  At the very least he should be charged with something including obstruction of justice.  Zimmerman also was not watching a felony or crime taken place.  He had no jurisdiction and if police are giving citizens police powers than they should be investigated and held to the same standard as a police officer.  Zimmerman was acting within the color of the law, and the State should be held responsible and accountable.

Witnesses have come forward disputing the police claims.  It should be a outside law enforcement agency including the Florida State Police to take over the investigation as this matter has spiraled out of control.  There exists legitimate issues in dispute in regards to the current law and Zimmerman claims from third parties.  We know a Governor has limited discretion but has a lot of influence on whether a state agency instead of a local agency should be handling this matter.  Self defense is based off the fact that there exist no other alternative and that your life is in danger to take lethal action.  It is a clear distinction between a danger that exists at the time, or a danger that you walked yourself into.  The law at its very least should be amended that if you dont try to avoid confrontation where none exists and that you are a catalyst to escalating an criminal matter than a jury, judge, and prosecutor should decide and not the police department.

Also this is a example of a Judge taken it out of the police and City hand in Virginia in order to restore justice and integrity back to Norfolk.  How about other judges follow by example.

Special grand jury’s inquiry into Norfolk CSB begins

A special grand jury convened for the first time Wednesday to investigate the city’s troubled Community Services Board, with a judge’s instruction to stick to the facts and avoid a “fishing expedition.”

Circuit Court Judge Charles E. Poston instructed the 11-member panel to investigate and report back to the court about any possible wrongdoing within the CSB, including the circumstances that allowed former employee Jill McGlone to be on the payroll for 12 years while she was suspended. The agency paid McGlone $320,000 during that time.

Poston questioned grand jury members Wednesday and determined that they had no conflicts and were qualified to serve.

John O. Simpson, former superintendent of Norfolk Public Schools, was chosen as jury foreman.

Poston ordered the special grand jury in a rare move last month. On Wednesday, he told the panel that it is not limited to investigating McGlone and could look into other potentially criminal activities at the mental health and welfare agency.

But he added: “You should not embark upon inquiry into merely speculative circumstances. In other words, you should not engage in what may be termed a ‘fishing expedition.’ ”

In its investigation, the special grand jury may subpoena documents and witnesses and hear testimony under oath.

Poston stressed that the work will remain secret to protect jurors from outside pressure, encourage witnesses to speak freely, and prevent witness tampering.

“You are an investigative body and do not determine in any way the guilt or innocence of any person,” Poston said.

The grand jury’s investigation has no set deadline but likely will take months to complete. The results will be in a report submitted to the court that may recommend criminal charges for prosecutors to pursue or may exonerate individuals when the panel finds no support for allegations against them, the judge said.

Prosecutors may then present the case to a regular grand jury for indictment. The special grand jury’s report and findings remain sealed unless a judge orders them open, according to state law.

The special grand jury on Wednesday also appointed veteran attorney John R. Fletcher as special counsel to aid in the investigation. Fletcher, a partner in the Norfolk firm Tavss Fletcher, specializes in personal injury and criminal defense. He graduated from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at William and Mary in 1975.

A student who had to pull her bra away from her body so school officials could check whether she was hiding drugs must have been humiliated and frightened by the unreasonable search, her lawyer told the North Carolina Supreme Court on Monday. An attorney for the state argued the search was minimally invasive.

The state’s high court heard oral arguments in the case involving a student known only as T.A.S — unidentified in court because she was 15 years old when the “bra-lift search” occurred at the Brunswick County Academy in 2008. The justices will decide whether the search violated the Constitution’s protection against unreasonable searches.

“It is unconstitutional for our daughters to be treated this way by the public schools of North Carolina,” attorney Geeta Kapur told the state’s highest court.

Sandra Robinson, the principal of the alternative school for students with disciplinary and other problems, called for the searches after a general tip from other students that prescription pills were coming into the school. She got no more details on what kind of pills or who was bringing them, but knew students usually would hide drugs and other contraband in their underwear, including bras, and their socks and tongues of their shoes.

During the search, students passed through metal detectors, then waited in the lunchroom before being brought one-by-one to a classroom to be searched. The female students had to pull out their shirts and place their thumb underneath the bra to pull it out, allowing any hidden drugs to fall out. Attorneys said there’s no evidence the boys participated in a similar search.

Only the principal testified at trial, and she didn’t witness the search, which occurred in front of three adults, two of them men.

Assistant Attorney General LaToya Powell said the search was minimally invasive because no skin was shown. “By doing this, absolutely no body parts were exposed,” she said.

During the search, a white powder identified as Percocet and drug paraphernalia were found on the student. The student asked a trial judge to prevent the evidence from being used, but the judge refused. She pleaded guilty in March 2009 to two drug-related misdemeanors.

A divided state Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 in favor of the student, finding the search was “degrading, demeaning and highly intrusive.” The state appealed that decision. The state Supreme Court decision is expected to affect 1.5 million public school students.

Powell said the search was not unreasonable because there was “a compelling governmental need” that outweighed the rights of individual privacy, she said. The school’s primary responsibility “was to promote the health and safety of students,” she said.

Although she said in her brief that students at an alternative school have a lower privacy right than those at other schools, Powell told the justices that wasn’t the case. Under questioning by Justice Mark Martin, she said students at alternative schools have the same rights as those at traditional schools.

Kapur argued that two men should not have watched the search because it that violates the Brunswick County school board policies. “We don’t know what happened in that room,” she said. “We don’t know if the two men saw her breasts or positioned themselves to see her breasts.”

Justice Paul Newby asked if the issue of exposure was contested on appeal. It was not, Kapur said.

But in the end, she said: “Who was looking … whether anyone saw any private parts … is irrelevant to Fourth Amendment rights” against unreasonable searches.

Merle T. Rutledge Jr response – Should adult men and women that are not related or have legal guardianship be allowed to view the private areas of underage teenagers without a warrant.  I believe the answer should be “no” because it would violate public policy.  They would literally have to release sex offenders that was only merely peeping toms back into society because this argument would be used to validate other arguments on the matter.  This is a sensitive issue and beware because we look at the black and white of it as being right for government’s purpose.  Can the public actually use that purpose to further pedophilia agendas.  A warrant needs to be secured under conditions of removal of clothes.  I believe, if they are going to be more intrusive than they need to be more inclusive to more civil rights for children.

Mark my words NC, this can blow up in your face in light of victory.  Some victories are just worth giving up in order to protect the safety and health of the people in which the state serves.  I could see a blistering of legal arguments for adults that have view even pornography because one part of the skin or “sensitive areas” may be considered no different than others.  It is the same reason why pedophiles conviction for videotaping underneath women skirts was overturned.

Children must go to school.  Children are not forced to ride a airplane.  If you want to ride the plane than you must follow those rules.  The schools have a extreme amount of power when it comes down to children civil rights and that is why it must be scrutinize from time to time.  This is a great case, but to say the TSA and FAA is a valid argument for this type of search is hogwash.  Being forced and being compelled are two different subjects.

It is better to let 10 guilty men go free, than to let one innocent man suffer.  It is rare that you will ever come to a decision under these circumstances that will have so much ramifications for all parties involved.  I can not with good conscious under the information that has been presented so far with this case concede that the death penalty would be used in such a way to hide the truth instead of embrace it.  All the evidence that has come with this case has been recanted by clear majority, and all physical evidence given the circumstances of the conviction does not exist, but the events that led to this one horrific night has a conscious.  The conscious of second thought that one of the many witnesses that recanted and the others that have not, that one of them know the true culprit, and right now you are not able to hear the case again, but you are able to hear equality.

D.A Chilsom, if you was Troy Davis, with all the evidence, testimony, recanted statements, and more that has come out.  Do you think it would be fair to have the death penalty applied to you under the same conditions with the shoes on the other foot, or would you hope throughout all this truth that has spilled out onto the courtroom floors that it would be a glimmer of due diligence to recognize reasonable doubt?  Reasonable doubt has not been created, but it has always existed.   I ask that you give a stay of execution until further review on anything that adds guilt, and if it can not add to it than its no truth to it, and not taketh away of guilt can be amended.  If not, than it is our duty under the law to rectify a injustice.

The Innocence Project and many groups alike have shown a complete transformation to how people have suffered over wrongful convictions.   Maybe its time to let one innocent man not suffer for what 10 guilty ones have done.  The witnesses that recanted their story are just as guilty for the murder of the officer as well as the murder of Troy Davis.  They are accessories to the fact along with the state of murder.

Murder is murder whether the state orders it or not, especially based off the totality of the circumstances in this particular case that a reasonable and competent person, such as a public official, should have known that such actions would be against their oath of office or by a clearly establish law and policy.  There are many that have been convicted, but has been innocent, and proof of that is all over the United States of America.  Their is a clear and establish policy of a statute of murder, and just because you are an official of the public doesn’t give you a pass in this life or the next, to order the murder of a innocent man.  This would be a murder by the state, and justice under these conditions is moot, because the case itself has been tainted and this is the poison that comes from the poisonous tree.  (7 witnesses admit to being that poison that does not bear justice.)

A Call to Washington – The March 2012 March of Epic Proportions

 

They try to tell us racism no longer exists in America.  They try to tell us that everyone should be treated equal and fairly.  They try to tell us that the road to prosperity is following their lead.  Just like John McCain said in a recent speech “We know better” and “I know better.”  You are right John McCain.  I do know better.  This isn’t just to focus on you, but to focus on the racism that is present in America and has risen sharply in any poll that can be done in America.  There are numerous problems in America, and it isn’t all Americans (especially the upper class and the rich) taking the brunt of policy and political posturing.  It is the people that work hard every day that are losing their jobs every day, and being told that not only will they not find employment anytime soon, but the employers are carrying a policy that says do not hire the unemployed.  The systematic dismantling and oppression of its own people for political gain is unacceptable.

 

I am charging Republican and Tea Party public officials with treason.  Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.  This sounds just like John Boehner and the Republican establishment.  This party has given aid and comfort to a radical group that is trying to overthrow the government, hates the government, and rather rage economic war on its own people.  This is the biggest case of treason that is going unpunished and without prosecution.  They have pushed as public policy for cuts to Social Security, Medicare, and Pell Grants.

 

My question is why college students are quiet about this, or is it the fact that they do not recognize being brainwashed by political and inherited ideology that party over your own people is their religion.  I charge the Republican Party with Fraud and violating its own citizens Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights. They ran on a job creating platform, and have yet to introduce or even work on any job creating bills.  However, they have worked on killing unions, calling people barbarians and tar babies, killing a woman right to choose, mandating how people bedroom behaviors should be, and maintaining that their way is the only way, even if it means the downfall of everyone.

 

Failure to raise the debt ceiling applies to us all, and not just to the few.  Acourse those with riches, or wealth feel that the problem will only address them in a very minor way, but others have to suffer with losing their households, increase costs in interest on loans and credit cards, and even losing entitlement programs because they are being drained of the funds, that are used to make payments to the people that need it the most, for those that will probably never have to even consider such options.  Michelle Bachman and many Republicans that feel that the debt ceiling should not be raised has already gotten their entitlements from the government and are guaranteed it by law plus pension, but they can also pass a law which makes that guarantee null and void, only if they are serious about being part of the solution and not the problem.

Its too many crying to this day that shouldn’t have to shed a tear.  They sacrifice their whole life making the top 2 percent of rich people in America continue to flood their back accounts with cash while bleeding the life out of its own foundation.  Ms. Bachmann, this is slavery, because even during the time of slavery in America.  Your party spends more time adding and collecting its pensions and health care, but want to take it away from others.  You have yet to pass one single piece of legislation but been getting paid almost 200,000 a year to do nothing but make statements of negative through a microphone.

“My example that I have just given is very similiar to the actions of the barbarians that look just like you.”  Do not ever call anyone a barbarian unless you ready to take the same insult back in your direction as your actions have met the definition of a barbarian thats ungrateful and spoiled.  Michelle Bachmann, you will be ok, if the debt ceiling was not raised.  It is obvious that you made that ok with getting everything out the government that help facilitate the decline in the economy.  How about you do the right thing and return those funds back to the same government in which you condemn and than clean your hands of the funds that you have not so proudly taken.  It is only now, for political gain, and also for lining up your pockets, to replace Sarah Palin as one of the top money making Republicans out there, and not be serious about being the best Presidential candidate.   You saw how much she made during a losing presidential run, so why not see how much you can gain by erradicating the other bad scent that comes from your Tea Party direction.  It is a testament of your greed and not of your will to see America become better, because you hoped the economy became worse, for the sole purpose of winning the United States of America presidency.  You would sacrifice the people that you are suppose to protect and let them get kicked out their homes and lose all their possessions that took them a lifetime to accomplish, all for the sake of having more power, more money, and more wealth.

 

The reason why the March is so important!

 

It’s time for us to make that trip back to Washington.  People from all walks of life that are facing the consequences of political party’s actions are the real heroes and not the corporations.  I’m not here for any corporation.  I’m not here for any party.  I’m here to do what is right for the people of the United States of America.  It is time for all those that claim to be the realest, the right, and the left, to have an open dialogue on how it is to be an American now.

 

Our Constitution states, “We the People  of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”  Did America forget this? Did our public officials forget this? Corporations are not people in regards to the United States Constitution, but obviously even the U.S Supreme Court has establish that now this is subject to change with their conservative stance based on political affiliation and not with justice for all being their guiding light.  We the people should stop letting the b.s in Washington, D.C slide.  Our jails are being filled with nonviolent offenders and the only reason for their incarceration is the inability to pay.

 

The employer inability and willingness, not to hire these individuals because they are unemployed, so they can have the ability to pay is unacceptable.  They want to take away our teachers ability to educate effectively, by trying to have them do more with less, while filling the accounts of private educators and institutions. No government funds should go to private institutions that does not want or both to accept the public opinion and initiatives, but want to accept the tax payer’s funds.  Republicans have even tried to take the ability away from the fire d and police department to protect its own people.  Requiring mandatory cuts and this will further corruption and disruption instead of crime fighting and protecting the people from it.

 

I’m asking America to come back to America.  I’m asking America to go to Washington, D.C.  I’m asking for all the help to bring this event together and make a noise so loud that even the White House and Congress can hear it from inside its walls.  This isn’t right and it’s time for reform now, it’s time for change now, it’s time to go back to basics in which it was cool to be independent, because we shouldn’t depend on government, but government should depend on us.  If we wait too long, to bring America back into Washington, D.C, than Donald Trump will have it right that holding the line is real policy by gambling the people for the pockets of the rich.  The Republicans and Tea Party can afford to wait it out, but can you?  This is why the budget is not balance.  They have no accountability.  They even tried to conspire to take away voting rights in order to keep the seeds of their criminal and civil violations covered up.  This is the indictment on political party, and this is being brought before the America grand jury made up of the people.

 

It’s time for a March in which the people of the United States of America bring the conversation to Washington.  I’m looking for volunteers, church groups, and political parties, unions, wrongfully convicted citizens, liberal groups, Senior Citizens, Latinos, African Americans, Caucasians, any and all races and backgrounds, any and all religious groups, Social Security recipients, Republicans, Independents, Politicians and even the Tea Party.  I want you all there to have a discussion, protect, and to assemble peacefully, all out in the open, front and center, and in Washington.  It is time for D.C to hear the American People.  I’m looking for group leaders, as well as individuals, to tell America and the World, your story.  Michelle Bachmann always says the Tea Party represents the people, and the Tea Party only represents the Tea Party.  We need to see if it is true and not just a naked assertion further devoid from the truth.

 

I’m sorry Michelle Bachmann, but your life was funded and supported by the government and you are the picture of the spoil child that just got a cookie, and still looking for a glass of milk.  I’m here to place your antics right at your feet, and ask, “When are you going to visit the America that needs the help the most?”  It seems like you have no problem with tax payer funds making frequent visits to your bank account. When will I see you in a Black, Latino, or any other ethnic or with a different background community?  Anyone feels comfortable around their friends, but it is those that are not friends that really test the measure of your resolve and sincerity.

 

It’s time for A Call to Washington, and instead of just being on the phone, it’s time to be right in their face.  The switchboards and servers shouldn’t be the only thing going down.  It is time to make your presence felt.  It’s time to make a Call to Washington, to bring America back.  I’m going to need all the help in America to get this done.  I know it’s the time now to make it happen.  Let’s make it happen.

 

It is time for all of us to understand each other and meet our new neighbors from all walks of life and backgrounds.  “It’s America moment now.”  It is time to bring charges to Washington, D.C., and prosecute it out in the open and directly in public.  It is only fair to have a trial by a jury of your own peers.  Well Washington, it’s time for that trial to happen!  It is time for justice in any shape or form, and by any means necessary!

 

This would be my closing argument for all those that continue not to pay attention to the America that is being build right around them, and working its way right on to your street and inside of your home.  When those entitlement programs get shut down.  The tendency is to look for friends, family, and neighbors to help you in trying to just live by bare means and necessities.  Who are you going to go to, when the government says you can no longer go to them?  You have worked all of your life paying your taxes, having money taken out of your check for medicare and social security, and now notice that those payments are no longer going to be coming.  You can no longer work, because you are either on disability or have a condition so debilitating that you can no longer work.  Your family, friends, and neighbors are struggling as well, and can not afford to give you anything to help you our in your situation, because they have situations of their own.   See the top 2 percent does not have this problem being faced, but the middle and lower class, will have this problem right in their front doors.  The lower and middle class needs to beware that if you are already struggling to meet ends meat to this day, than be ready for those that you thought was taken care of, to start asking you to help meet their financial crisis.  They may be your parents, sons, daughters, or immediate affiliation of due care, but you may have to let them move in.  Once again privacy is compromised.  Financially you are compromised.  You do not have the ability to take care of your loved ones as well as they would have been able to be taken care of at a proper medical facility.  This is the future and all Americans need to pay attention.  The rich can afford these services, but can you.  If you think this is a joke, than ask any Congressmen or public official, if I’m telling you a lie.  Some of them already are trying to prepare now for such a future.  They have a head start, but do you.  So its time to act now, or eventually this article may be too late for you.  Hopefully America wakes up and take a stand for those that have taken a stand over and over for you as you was growing up.  They may not be able to walk and be on the path to helping themselves, but it is time for us in America to step up in their place, so that we do our part, because to volunteer is revolution, but being forced is slavery.
